Do I get a certificate?

Yes. Selected courses grant a certificate after you complete all required lessons and pass the final project review. Your certificate is stored in your account and can be re-downloaded any time.

Is there a refund policy?

We offer a 14-day refund if you haven’t progressed beyond the first module. To request a refund, send your purchase email and order details via the “Ask a Question” form and choose the “Refund” topic.

How long is the access?

Access is lifetime for the account that purchased the course, including future updates. If we add lessons or improve assets, you’ll automatically see the updates in your dashboard.
